Topical Magnesium Spritz 2oz

Magnesium is essential for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body. When applied topically, it penetrates deeply into the skin, absorbing directly into tissues and cells while bypassing the digestive system. We use only Pure Genuine Zechstein Magnesium Chloride, sustainably sourced from the ancient Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands.

How to Use

Spritz 15–20 sprays (see dosage chart in photo gallery) onto your body and massage in for optimal absorption. Allow a few moments to dry before dressing. Begin with 1–2 sprays at a time and gradually increase to the full dosage. Some tingling may occur during the first use and will decrease with continued use.

Optimal Absorption Areas - Lymphatically 

• Underarms (directly into the lymphatic system)

• Bottoms of feet

• Back of knees

• Wrists, chest, back, stomach

• Any areas of discomfort

Avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest.

Additional Uses

• Deodorant: Helps balance skin pH and combat odor-causing bacteria.

• Sleep Aid: Spray 3–5 sprays on feet. Our Lavender blend contains Lavender Essential Oil, promoting relaxation and better sleep.

• Muscle Pain & Headaches: Spray 5–7 sprays on the area and massage. Headaches, apply to the back of neck and massage in. Try Peppermint + Eucalyptus for added aromatherapy benefits.

• Anxiety & Relaxation: Lightly spray wrists. Vanilla or Lavender blends help promote calm.

• Restless Leg Syndrome: Spray 5 sprays behind knees and on legs experiencing discomfort.

• Daily Supplement: Underarms are ideal for magnesium absorption. Other areas include lower abdomen, arm creases, backs of knees, and neck.

Dosage

• 1 spray = 20 mg of magnesium

• Adult daily: up to 20 sprays

• Children daily: up to 10 sprays
